I'm still disappointed about the new Private Shop.
There are still a lot of actresses without a photo and the ones with a photo have only a small one.
Please Private put a glamourphoto from every girl on the site and make it clickable for a bigger size.

We passed this onto the marketing department and they are to start work on getting more of the photos up immediately. So keep an eye out, there should be much more there soon....

I think there might be some other improvements for the actressesdatabase.

1. The possibility to select alphabetical. Now we must browse through 84 pages. It is easier to select from A-Z.
2. for identification there should be thumbnails on that pages, like the product listings have.

It's interesting that when I made a comment on the same topic, that the actress file lacked photos other than the small one, I got no response.

Hey, do you know how much time and webspace are needed to do all that. Even the thumbnails alone would make the server so slow that everybody would then be complaining how slow it is. I'm sure the cybergeeks are keeping track of the hits each girl gets, then uploading pics of the most popular.

But that's just my opinion....

:) Another suggestion to the shop : make it possible to run a query with names of several actresses appearing in the same movies. Example; i want to look for all available movies of actress X and actress Y in the same movies.

I think it must be easy to put simply one big glamourphoto from all of the stars.

There is still a lack of information in Private shop.

What really wonders me is. That on sites from other retailers (for example Excalibur.com). The Private products have sometime big photogalleries. With glamourppics from the girls and actionpics.

The New Private shop is on line for about (I think) a year. In this topic (and other topics in this forum) are made some suggestions to improve the shop. But there are still no changes made.

Points are:
1. Photo's from all the actresses (and larger format).
2. Alphabetical browse through the actresses database (with thumbnails)
3. A changelog where all changes in the database are published.
4. to search for actresses combinations in movies and magazines.

I hope Private improves the shop. Look at the eurobabeindex (http://www.eurobabeindex.com/sbandomain.html) from Sbandoboy (a member from this forum for some days). That's an example how it should be.

Well we have good news and bad news. The bad news if is that none of your suggested changes can be done for at least another six weeks, the good news is that we are doing a whole new shop!! This one is just not able to adapt to everything we want it to do. And the updates are terribly slow to configure. With the new shop we can take into account all our customers suggestions.

We are starting to write the specifications now for the new shop so be patient, keep the ideas coming, and we should have a much better shop here sometime soon.

Is there any news on the improvement of the Private shop? The searching
facilities are still very poor. I already suggested quite a while ago to add
a searching facility for directors as well.
Furthermore, the "Coming Soon" page for DVDs does not show any useful
information. The "Bestsellers" page for DVDs is out of sync with the rest
of the Top 10 DVDs!?! Finally, it would be nice to see what I ordered over
the last few years!

You have not been forgotten! The new shop is in testing right now and it will be online in the coming weeks (exact timing depends on how testing goes).

Keep the suggestions coming! We are still tweaking the functionality but hopefully many of the thigns you requested will be available now.
