I have both posted here and twice email Private customer service about the missing PDF files of the full magazines on the site.
They have been removed and without them the site is a waste of money.
I am yet to recieve a reply despite Privates customer service page stating thay I would recieve a reply within 24hrs.
Come on Private .....What is going on ???????????

it is possible to get the full pdf of private 178 - u have to change the url (web address) while logged into privatemembers - open a new window and enter this address.

I think there is a serious problem. More options on the membersite disappeared. (for example the search option in the categories section)

The problem is with their customer service I have sent 2 enquiries on thier customer service form and 1 direct email over the past week without a reply. On their help page it states that you will receive a reply within 24hrs but I'm yet to see a single thing back from any of my attempts.
I've had enough I'm cancelling my membership and requesting a refund of my most recent charges.

Try to replace 178 by another # so chances r that it could works with other existing pdf files...

Btw, I'm pretty sure the office is actuallly close and iBill is continuing support for subscription while everybody's gone. I'm pretty sure too that they have removed full pdf files to lower the risk to overflow their server while most of the team r gone :? What's the point to offer only separate pdf pages of the magazines ?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The reason that we removed the full sized PDF files is due to our server load reaching its capacity. Our technical team is working on getting us more bandwidth and more servers and then we will bring them back to you. We apologise since we know how much you like that feature. For the timebeing, you can still download page by page.
