I've been trying to contact private all week about my account, bu I get no answer. Where should I mail to apart from the info@privatecs.com e-mail and the contact-us form on the website?

Hi guys,

Certain ISP's have blocked the Private domain and email address. Mac and Aol are two of these. This may mean that your email does not come through to us or that our reply does not reach you. We are working with the ISP's to rectify this currently as Private is against Spam and we feel that we were blocked incorrectly.

Also please note that our hours of operation are 9am to 6pm CET Monday to Friday, while we do our best to answer all queries within 24 hours, sometimes delays are unfortunately inevitable.

Please use the forum if you are worried your email is not getting through or you have not received a response after 24 hours. It is correct to email Ollie directly.
