I was wondering how long it usually takes for deliveries in Europe? I ordered some Dvds over three weeks ago and they haven't arrived yet (I'm in Ireland). That seems like a long time. I sent a message to private but I haven't got response. I'm a bit concerned about my order. Has anyone had problems or delays before?

Sorry for the delay. We had Friday off and we are now answering all e-mails included the weekend.

All orders to Ireland are shipped via normal post and it might take up to 3-4 weeks for you to receive it.
