I signed for private.com due to a 2 for one offer in December (pay one month and get one free).
I did this in the end of december. Now i get debited in February again.
For me this is only one month and not two.

Please dont tell me that you count the whole december as a membership, even if you sign in on the 31st of december.

Can you tell me more or what to do?

I am really sorry about that. We cancelled your with our billing provider but it did not seem to have gone through. You will be refunded for the extra amount you paid in error.

i will get a refund plus my membership will be prolonged.
