I've heard there are some Private DVDs that have Easter Eggs or hidden scenes that you can access via the DVD menu. They appear to be most frequent in the Private Life of DVDs. Share your discoveries with fellow fans here.

bawdy, do you mean the 'extra scenes' which sometimes appear in the 'extra materials' menu of dvd editions?
there are some great examples of these in the private-penthouse series. daniela rush and sandra russo get fucked together in a bonus scene in 'italian flair', while peggy sue and vivien get an extra scene each in 'call girl'.
in 'fashion', the extras include a 'deleted scene' which brings together kate more and the stunning jeweliette for a lesbian act of such sensuality that it almost converted me to f/f porn.
in 'sex shot', the access points to extra scenes with cassandra wild and laura angel are cunningly tucked away in their respective 'cast' detail pages.
i haven't bought 'the private life of...' series because i've suspected i'd only be buying lots of scenes which i own already in the original films, but then again there's the nagging thought, each time a 'private life' is released, that maybe i am in fact missing some new, additional material. the one which i do own is 'the private life of claudia ricci', just because i like her so much... it's a comprehensive collection of her work, but i didn't spot an easter egg. maybe i need to look again...

An easter egg is an hidden scene that's not on the DVD-menu. You must find it yourself.

yessss...! that saki link showed me exactly where to go in my 'private life of claudia ricci' to access a scene i never knew i had! (disc 1 - subtitles page - claudia's nipple!) cheers, pal!

No I'm not talking about the 'extra scenes' which are obvious when navigating the DVD menu but the 'cunningly tucked away' ones. Looks like you found one in Sex Shot, I also found one recently but wondering if others know of any already.

sorry - before today i'd never heard of the term 'easter eggs' in this context, and i hadn't been aware of the phenomenon of extras which are hidden in this sneaky-but-fun way until i read about it all in dutchy's link.
the 'sex shot' scenes i'd mentioned earlier are 'tucked away' only in the sense that their access points are not in any more prominent a place than the cast pages - but once you're on those pages, there's a big red button to press to get you into the scenes, so i guess this example might not really count either...!

Yeah but I'd like to see if others can find any new ones first (hunt around guys & gals it will be fun :o ). Looks like a few of them are hidden amoungst the 'Production Notes' (try using the arrow keys in different directions). Must be fun for the Private Production Team to hide these precious gems for the fans to find. A list can be found at the Saki site that Dutchy listed, but would be more interested in hearing about those found by forum members. I'll post my Easter Egg at the end of the week, hoppy hunting :P

Well, our DVD friend has been so kind as to give me the list of Easter Eggs. We will try to post one here once a month or so for you guys. But really, you should try to find them yourself.

The first one:

From scene 6 in scene selection, go left. Erica logo highlights.

To be honest. I ask Private in 2002 to send me list with the Eastereggs on their DVD's and I get the list.

It contents 40 Eastereggs from the DVD's released till november 2002.
"Erica" is the first Private DVD on that list with an easteregg.

Is the easteregg on the DVD "Friends in sex" the next one you publish?
I shall not publish them, because of the fun for searching.

"Sunrise" is the last one in the list I own. But it says not how to find the egg

Here is the Easter Egg I found in the Private Life of Wanda Curtis DVD. On disk 1 go to Production Notes, on the last page click up and the text 'More Wanda' magically appears. Press enter for a bonus orgy scene.

I found the one on Sunrise. Go to Scenes, then click up, highlighting the Sunrise logo... I have to say it's a little underwhelming, though. :cry:

Yeah, guys... surely it's time for another tip-off (especially since we're all busy munching easter eggs of the chocolate variety!)

I cheat on this. I have a package called DVD shrink that analyses DVD content and allows you to re-format on your PC. It shows everything on the DVD and I recently found a bonus scene on the PLO Sylvia Saint

Awesome. This reminds me of video games, where you had to put in a certain code or button-joystick combination to access a cool hidden trick or feature. As a video game fan, finding a hidden code to get added energy in a video game was cool, but I have to admit, finding a hidden scene of a hot Euro chick getting plugged up the ass takes the cake anyday.

Here`s another one. Not too bad either. :D

-> a full-length hidden bonus sex scene from a volume of Amandaâ??s Diary.

The Scottish Loveknot: Special Edition - On Disc Two, from the Main Menu, highlight "Alternative Edit Scene" and press UP on remote, which will reveal the hidden name "Jodie Moore". Click ENTER.
-> an anamorphic widescreen clip of Jodie Moore dripping hot wax onto her chest.

I have found another easter egg in the private life of Nikky Anderson.
On disc 2 go in the menu to the movies then go to triple x30 go to the left on menu "highlights yellow"and then press down on your remote the picture of the movie highlights yellow and then press ok .

Backdoor to Sweden: In the Cast profiles go to the second page about Vanity and press Up from menu. A Swedish flag appears (hallå søta bror). Enter and you are treated to a scene from Private video magazine 8 with Vanity and Ashley Davidson fucking two rather dorky looking guys. :D

I can confirm that there are no eggs in The Acaemy and Sex angels (both disks) :(

Don`t know about those Life of, but a review I read about PL of Cristina Bella had found no eggs either.
