Are there any Australian pornstars?

Believe it or not, I am distantly related to Erol Flynn if he counts!!! I was quite surprised to find out that Jodie Moore was an Aussie and would like to see an interview with her if anyone knows where I can find one. Other than that I can only think of one other who's name escapes me at the moment (Sunny someone ?!?). A pity, we have such gorgeous women here, such as Nicole Kidman, Kate Blanchet, Peta Wilson to name just a few (I even know someone that looks like nerdgirl!). We have started producing some amateur stuff here in the last 5 years, but no real stars have cum out of it so far. If anyone knows of any others please post here. I did get a slight shock when I saw some "behind the scenes" stuff on Moto XXX and one of the guys had an obvious Aussie accent (the guy with long hair, so jealous). Anyway, no shortage of talent cumming out of Canada. What do you think of Eric Everhard, noticed he was in a PRIVATE movie recently. :o

now would I lead you astray :?: :lol: I got the lead from Dutchy's posting regarding the EurobabeIndex website (thanks again Dutchy. There is a listing for her under Anoushka [search the thumbnails] plus some other names, surprise, surprise). Purchased one of the titles mentioned from my local and sure enough it was our beloved Lenka (she is also on the cover anyway, as she rightly should be :!: ). It would be good to see her return in some Private Productions.

Yeah, it's great to see Naomi doing so well, she just received this years nomination for Best Leading Actress from the Screen Actors Guild. Not bad for a girl that started out in Soap Operas (then so did Guy Pierce & Kylie Minogue), did you ever see her in Tank Girl with that hottie Lori Petty? She's also going out with Aussie heartthrob Heath Ledger (The Patriot, Monster's Ball). My favourite is the beautiful Cate Blanchett (Elizabeth, Lord of the Rings), I actually went to the same Uni as Cate & Mel Gibson (but at different times unfortunately). Anyway, enough from the Australian Ministry of Propaganda :!: Thanks for the links, I'll check them out.

Hey Bawdy, I think it's fine that you lead the Australia Ministry of Propaganda, since New Zealand appears to have a Ministry of the Lord of the Rings. (We did catch LRTIII on a break last weekend, which was tremendous, although Sarah was losing it over the multiple endings and was slightly disappointed that it didn't have as many scenes of "That Hot Elf".)

On Australia: It's actually been a theme in the enternainment industry here in the States since once you throw Russell Crowe into the mix it appears the Aussies have taken over (but nonetheless giving it a much-needed upgrade in the pop culture P.R. department, since the U.S. was left with an 80's hangover thinking that Down Under was only about Crocodile Dundee, INXS, and Midnight Oil.)

Never saw Tank Girl, but I remember it coming out while I was in college and, weirdly, I bought the soundtrack. I think I remember it bombed at the box office (not that this is an indicator of quality or anything) but since she's in it we'll have to rent it on DVD. And definitely fond of Cate Blanchett performance in "Elizabeth".

Oh, I'm sorry, we're supposed to be talking about porn, right? (Well, there *was* that Naomi lesbian scene in Muhalland Drive, if only Jodie had been the other woman...)

Oh, and one more thing Bawdy: Yes, with tomorrow being Friday and thus the end of my work and Sarah's schoolweek, and with the evening as the start to our three-day weekend--*definitely* looking forward to it. (Thanks for remembering the :twisted: )

Was just thinking recently that alot of popular US TV shows actually have Aussies in them, like Six Foot Under (Rachael Griffiths, nice 'soft porn' scenes), Nip/Tuck (Jason McMahon, the son of one of our former Prime Ministers), The Guardian (Lead, Simon Baker), Without a Trace (Lead, Anthony LaPlagia) and John Doe (no not the Porn actor). Though getting back to porn, not sure when it actually happened (and may be well known now), but I recently found that the mainstream "Internet Movie Database" actually lists pornstars, like John Dough has over 600 porn titles listed :!:

I think Tank Girl has become one of those cult films, a little weird seeing Ice-T as a mutant kangaroo though, who dreamt that up?
Ah college days, during summer we used to have some of the young aspiring actresses studying at NIDA (where Cate and Mel studied) live in our dorms, very nice indeed! One night a blonde cutie refused to leave my bed, me no complain :lol:
I haven't actually seen "Elizabeth", I'll have to get that one out, only heard good things about it. I also think I'm one of the few people who hasn't seen any of the Lord of the Rings films either, been waiting for the final one to be released, lots of Aussies in that too. Oh and BTW New Zealand is part of Australia, well it will be soon, ha, ha (laughs like a meglamaniac).
