I am a big fan of Private and on a regular basis I order new movies via
the online Private shop. I had a very annoying incident with my last order.

I moved a few months ago and when ordering I entered my
new address. However, I discovered that the order was shipped
to my old address and not my new address :roll: My account indicated
my new address as shipping address, but somehow my old address was
put on the parcel. So. please be aware of this when you have moved
lately and place a new order.

It would be a great service if the Shop Team would add to the shipping
mail the tracking number of the parcel so that the customer can follow it.

I'm sorry to hear about this.

We keep record of addresses in our databa base but you can enter your new ship to address every time you place an order. That should have not happened.

When we send confirmation when order are processed but not when they are actually shipped but you have your tracking number in your account as soon as they are available.

I have it, I had some email exchange with the Private Shop Keeper. She
was not able to tell what exactly went wrong. The database contained the
correct new address where as the shipment was indeed labeled with my
old address.

I hope that other customers do not have similar problems.

I will be over that issue.
