I launched this topic because Tanya Hyde was in my view probably the best director at Private. She had style, aesthetical sense, payed attention to every single detail of the movie and was a brilliant filmmaker. The movies contained the hardest fuck and the most beautiful girls in a great edition filled with good music that made the scenes like a music video. Not a bad idea: hardcore music clips.

So, I want to know what you guys think of her movies, and if there is some of you who has seen her non Private productions (Wasteland, World without men ....).

I fully agree with this observation. It is a really a pleasure to watch her
movies. They have style and indeed the girls are great. Furthermore, she
is very daring in what happens in these movies. They have one by one
an air of mystery and sexuality. It is a pity that she has not made any
Private movies :( Maybe she can be convinced to start shooting for Private
again.

... I've now just found out that my suggestion that Private should get Trevor Watson to direct some fetish movies is also completely redundant...as he already does direct them under the alias of 'Tania Hyde'....I can't believe I didn't spot the play on words in that name!! :oops:

Great to see that also you appreciate the fetish queen. As for her, I think she's really a female. I read several articles reffering to her as a woman from different sources. Eg. Trevor Watson interview in Pirate 56. In Rubberfuckers rule DVD among the extras there is a "making" of the film in which she appears.

If I remember correctly in the movei "world without men" as director Trevor Watson is marked "as Tanya Hyde" that I don't really understand.

But let us ask the Private team whether she's a woman or a man and is it possible that she'll continue to work for Private.

trust all is well in Budapest, my great grandmother was from Hungary and hope to visit some day.

Yeah, I think Rubberfuckers Rule is one of Tania's best, but I've only seen the VHS version, will have to check out the DVD and the "making of" to see Tania in the flesh for myself.

Thanks for wellcoming. As for Budapest, everything is allright. May was terribly cold this year but weather seems to get better and better. So yesterday girls started to get undressed thus the landscape on Budapest's streets is nicer and nicer. Yes, it's true that young girls dress in a (sexually) provocative way they get to the limits showing what they have. No wonder that Budapest has become the capital of porn. On tv channels, in papers there are alwas porn stars like Monique Covet and Michelle Wild. One my French friends told me that porn in Hungary was like cheese in France.

Anyway I also have relatives in Australia. My grandmother's brother emigrated in 1956 and had many wives and children.

If anyone of you is still interested, Tanya Hyde has been working now for the British company HarmonyXXX and the products are distributed by Evil Angel in the US. She released 3 movies under the new company's name.

I saw it on BGAFD (http://www.bgafd.co.uk/films/details.php/id/t0201)....all of the Tanya Hyde films are listed as being directed by Trevor Watson. I thought it was common knowledge :oops: ....

Still, he/she has some new films coming out under the Harmony label in the UK if I'm not mistaken, which means they'll surface in the US under the Evil Angel label...keep your eyes peeled! :wink:

Personally, I'm not really a fetish fan, but given the sort of fanbase the aforementioned artist brings with them, not to mention the standard of work, I'm kind of surprised Private let them go elsewheres....

I'm afraid I was wondering the same thing, having read that bit about Watson (but also about the extra with Hyde on Rubberfuckers) on adultdvdtalk. It would be great if Private could weigh in and put it to rest one way or the other!
