Some four / five weeks ago I placed an order from the Private Shop.
On checking the status of the order I find that my SHIPPING ADDRESS is wrong saying that I am in Argentina !! I have emailed the shop on two occasions requesting information but I have only received AUTOMATED RESPONCES. My bank account has been charged. Can anybody tell me WHAT IS GOING ON ???? |

Hi Blazeuk,
I have been confirmed that 2 mails have been sent to you regarding this issue. I have looked myself into this matter and your order will be sent today from our European Warehouse to UK. Data cannot be manipulated so you must have placed your order through the US site. We will be sending your order anyway not taking into account the difference in the currency. mermelade |
