Questions about PrivateVOD
Hi!
I have some questions about the new Private Shop. 1. Private VOD seems US based so will you also ship from the US ? (The customs fees + VAT-monster would hit us poor europeans) 2. Will Private still offer PAL DVDs from a US based shop? (look at question 1) 3. Would you consider offer a flat, free or rebated shipping rate for orders above a certain ammount? 4. Will the member discount still apply in the new shop? 5. No more magazines in the shop? Thanks! Bandis

Very good question!!!
I'd ablosutely prefer ordering at an european (Private only!) online store instead at a generic US based store! If there will no longer be an european store I probably won't continue buying Private products. Also the fact, that more and more american XL silicon girls are in the movies, instead of the much more natural european girls, is in my opinion the wrong direction.

Hi, i think the new private shop is fantastic. it brigs the whole world of porn to us.
but what about duty customs? will the dvds and toys pass german duty without controll? or will it be checked by our regional office? thanks

If I understand Mermelade correctly orders coming from EU will NOT have value added tax or customs fee's added. How do they do this we ask? If they keep a warehouse within EU somewhere were the orders are dispatched from or if they have found some other "loop-hole" so that orders can go from for example United States into EU without the normal customs procedures is not our problem, just that it works! Everytime a parcel travels over a border (from outside to EU or within EU) it will have the risk of being controlled and opened. They check the package manifest/declaration of contents.
