Why is it that I still cannot get mail from Private?
I miss the weekly video sales and pics.
Can someone tell me the proper filter to set so I can receive these mails again?
What is the address these are sent from? (Not info@private.com?)
I am using Hotmail.

We are having some problems getting emails through to hotmail and msn accounts. We have written to hotmail to try to get the issue resolved, but as of yet we have not had a satisfactory response. The newsletter comes from newsletter@private.com however we think that the emails from (any address)@private.com are blocked before ever reaching an individuals actual account - even the junk mail folder! All I can suggest is that you contact customer service and ask that emails from Private go through. Or else you can sign up for the newsletters with a different email address such as yahoo.
