Default tech help on scene downloads

I am having trouble downloading movie scenes. Speeds are extremely slow (less than 100KB/sec), and most of the time the files quit without finishing. Please help.

Hello Fellow Private Fans,

Has anyone else been experiencing problems with Scene downloads lately?

I'm finding that scene downloads quit randomly and don't finish.

PRIVATE: Is there any explanation from your end?

Floorpie.

Hi floorpie,

We haven't received complaints of the kind from other members. Let's see what other members at the Forum say.

Could you please specify the scenes you had problems with?

Looking forward to hearing from you so I can investigate further!

Hi Mermelade,

The issue with downloading occurs with any scene download.

It's strange as I'll start a download, and at a random point it just quits.

I'm hoping you can help with this one.

Floorpie.

Default Hello :)

Hi floorpie I saw your post and was wondering if maybe its because you're using a download manager...the site does not react too well to them as the feature has not been implemented at the moment.
Has this always happened since you joined? Maybe a switch in browser or ISP is causing problems?
Which country are you from?
PM me your IP address so I can run a few tests

Is anyone else having these problems? let me know.

Suzie

Default I have the same problem

Movie downloads stop, often halfway, and i get the message "error". this used to happen every now and then, but i have had the problem with every file i've tried to download these last few days.

i use opera, but i tried it in google chrome, same result.

Any solutions?
Yd

Strange. It works for me. have you tried FF or IE? I am using IE without any issues. Is your provider changing your IP every x hours? Maybe your provider resets your connection if you are heavily downloading... just guessing.
