I am here, hoping someone has one or two hints for me?!
I bought a download video yesterday (Best of End 2009).
But the downloadmanager (divx) runs since almost 24 hours and ist at 12%... !!??!!??

Is it really normal that it runs soooo slowly??
I have dsl 16.000 speed and all other things will download at 1,5 Mb/s...

That's way too slow. You might download the ticket once more (the link is in your receipt email) and try again.

Hello!

Now I have really a problem with that download:
I didn´t suggest to get it faster, and the only thing that works was: stop download, further download, stop it, go on and so on...
But at 20 % my divx-player gave a message:
my authority to download had stopped because I tried too often to download that film... I will have to contact the private shop?!?!?!
In 24 hours, my autority will be opened... ?!?!?!

And only why I wanted to have a film at the FAST way... now 36 hours since my bought are gone and I don´t have a film...


What shall I do now???
